the rooftop pool area was AMAZING!!! i enjoyed swimming. bedrooms were comfortable, and i slept well each night. on-site restaurants provided excellent food, which i thoroughly savored.

i found the location very convenient for getting around the area. the staff was polite and helpful with directions and recommendations. the rooftop pool offered a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the sun.
the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.

A Romantic Getaway to Remember
fun activity engaging host rooftop pool workout alternative
The 'Decorate a Person' activity was especially enjoyable. The event host, Alejandra, was friendly and engaging. She. The rooftop pool offered wonderful vibes and enhanced our stay.
The absence of an on-site gym was a very minor disappointment. passes to F45 were available, allowing an alternative for workouts.

The restaurant offered good food. I recall great morning coffee along with afternoon wine. The bar next door mixed the best espresso martini i have ever tasted. The staff there were also great.

unjustified charge poor communication
the minibar charge was after i specifically didn't use it. reaching customer service feels impossible and getting this sorted is proving difficult. i also found it weird that the hotel added a resort fee and they make it sound like a perk for things like pool towels and basic wifi. these things should just be standard at this price point, especially since i'm an ihg member and should already get free wifi.
